Team
What do the members of our 40+ strong team have in common? A passion for languages and teaching. We also all have many years of experience and the necessary qualifications – completed language studies, as well as methodological certificates for teachers: CELTA, TEFL or TESOL. Where do we come from? Not only from Poland, but also from Great Britain, Australia, Ireland, Germany, USA, Jamaica, Ukraine and Lithuania. Most of us live in Poland with the rest living in Hungary, Finland and Argentina.

Where do the classes take place?
If online, it’s via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype.
In-house (stationary) – at your home (if you study individually) or in our locations in Warsaw’s Mokotów District. -
Are any weekend courses available?
Yes, but only online.

Can I cancel a class when I am studying individually? How often can I do that?
Yes, it is possible to cancel a class, if you do this:
- at least 24 hours before the lesson, then, the cancellation is free of charge, and classes must be made up for within 30 days,
- less than 24 hours before the lesson, we treat the classes as having been completed and must be fully paid for.
The exceptions are holidays and random cases. We then arrange dates together, to make up classes, with a substitute teacher if necessary.
You can cancel one class per month, cancelling for the reasons listed above, free of charge and without having to make up for it. We treat any additionally cancelled classes as completed and to be fully paid for.

How do I cancel a class?
- If you study individually, cancel classes directly with your teacher and send confirmation to: biuro@languaged.pl.
- If you are studying in a group, cancel the class by writing to: biuro@languaged.pl. In the “DW” field, enter the address of the lecturer and at “UDW”, enter the addresses of all students from the group.

Can I resign from the course?
Before you give up on a course, let us what we can improve. We will try to meet your expectations and find the best solution for you.
However, if you decide to resign, please let us know at biuro@languaged.pl within the following deadlines:- where up to a maximum of 14 days have passed since signing the agreement, in accordance with the Polish law, you can resign from the course immediately without giving a reason,
- where more than 14 days have passed since the agreement was signed, you can cancel with one month’s notice.

Are online and on-site classes available alternately?
No, because the courses are either entirely online or entirely on-site, as agreed before they start.
Exception: If you are taking on-site one-to-one classes, then in the event of an unforeseen event, such as illness, which temporarily prevents you from meeting in person, you can agree with your teacher to meet online – for as long as you need. -
What does the course fee include?
In addition to classes with a teacher, the price of the course also includes:
- assessment of your language level, on the basis of an interview with our Academic Coordinator and an online test,
- access to the Student Zone which contains additional, downloadable material, as well as accounts in the “Fiszkoteka” and “Langlion” applications,
- the care of our academic coordinators who will advise you on effective learning methods, obtain feedback from you on your classes, and ensure that they will run smoothly.
- certificate of completion of the course, please choose either a digital or paper version.

Can I learn at any level?
Of course! We teach from level A1 to C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

How many people are in the group?
From 2 to 4.

Can I receive an invoice for participating in the course?
Yes. We send invoices electronically or on paper, according to the needs of the students.
