Our team of academic coordinators will conduct in-depth placement interviews and online tests with your employees in order to divide them into appropriate groups. This will guarantee effective learning and rapid progress.

We collect feedback from our students, business partners and teachers on an ongoing basis to ensure that courses meet our standards. For this purpose, we use modern tools and take care of regular and open communication with all parties.
Team
What do the members of our 40+ strong team have in common? A passion for languages and teaching. We also all have many years of experience and the necessary qualifications – completed language studies, as well as methodological certificates for teachers: CELTA, TEFL or TESOL. Where do we come from? Not only from Poland, but also from Great Britain, Australia, Ireland, Germany, USA, Jamaica, Ukraine and Lithuania. Most of us live in Poland with the rest living in Hungary, Finland and Argentina.

Our academic coordinator checks the language level of your employees – in the form of short language placement interviews and an online test
We agree on an action plan, new students are given access to online applications (Langlion, Fiszkoteka, Student Zone) and we start our cooperation.

Where do the classes take place?
If online, it’s via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype.
If onsite, it is in your office, if it is located in Warsaw or the surrounding areas. Exceptions are individual courses, which can also be held at the Languaged headquarters.

Can we cancel classes? How often can we do this?
Yes, it is possible to cancel a class. If you do this:
- at least 24 hours before a lesson, you do not incur the costs of the classes and you have 30 days to make up for them,
- less than 24 hours before a lesson, we treat the classes as conducted and to be fully paid for.
As a rule, we also work during winter and summer holidays. In exceptional cases, we can set dates for make-up classes, if necessary, with a substitute teacher.

How can we cancel classes?
- If the employee is studying individually, they should cancel the classes directly with their teacher and send the confirmation to biuro@languaged.pl.
- In the case of group classes, classes should be cancelled by e-mail sent to: biuro@languaged.pl. They should make sure they „CC” their teacher and „BCC” all students from the group.

Can we have online and stationary classes alternately?
No, because the courses are conducted entirely online or entirely stationary – as agreed before they start.
Exception: If an employee is attending individual onsite classes, then in the event of a fortuitous event (e.g. illness) that temporarily prevents them from meeting in person, they can agree to meet online – for as long as needed.

What does the course fee include?
In addition to classes with the teacher, your employees will also receive:
- A language placement interview with an academic coordinator and an online test,
- access to the Student Zone which contains additional, downloadable material, as well as accounts in the “Fiszkoteka” and “Langlion” systems,
- support from our academic coordination team and advice on effective learning methods, as well as feedback on the classes which will ensure a seamless learning experience.
Your company, in turn, is guaranteed testing and reporting on the progress of employees – in an agreed form.

Can we learn at any level?
Of course! We teach from level A1 to C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
